![]() There are packages available for a wide range of tasks, from code completion and linting to syntax highlighting and theme customization. A package is a set of code, resources, and configuration files that can be installed in Sublime Text to add new features or modify existing ones. Sublime Text is one of the more popular text editors due, in part, to its ease of use and wide range of available packages. There are many different types of text editors available, each with its own set of features and capabilities. The following screen captures a list of packages marked as “Package Control: List Packages from the list.” Sublime Text Package You can access Package Control again from Preferences > Package Control. The package list contains a list of all the packages installed in the Sublime Text editor‘s package control. As of now, the Package Control commands are visible by pressing Ctrl Shift P. After that, you must restart Sublime Text 3. Remove Package Control from the Ignored Packages list by going to Preferences – Settings. This is the most common reason for Package Control not working. Sublime Install Package Control Not Working To remove a package, select it from the list and then select “Package Control: Remove Package”. To update a package, select it from the list and then select “Package Control: Upgrade Package”. To install a package, simply select it from the list and it will be downloaded and installed automatically. This will bring up a list of all of the available packages. To find a package, open the Command Palette and type “Package Control: List Packages”. Once Package Control is installed, restart Sublime Text and you will be able to use all of the available packages. Alternatively, you can find Package Control under the Preferences menu. To install Package Control, open the Command Palette (Command+Shift+P on OS X, Control+Shift+P on Windows/Linux) and type “Package Control: Install Package”. Sublime Text 3 has a powerful package manager called Package Control that allows you to find, install, update and remove packages for Sublime Text. It also makes it easy to find and install new packages. It allows you to easily install, update and remove packages from Sublime Text. Package control is an amazing package manager for Sublime Text. You can also uninstall Sublime Text packages that you installed using Package Control. ![]() When changes are required to take effect, Sublimetext may need to be restarted. The package you want to enable from the list must be selected. The following screenshot shows how to disable a package by opening Package Control and clicking on Package Control: Disable Package. If you understand how Sublime packages are built, you can modify required files in this section. The package you want to install should be visible in the list, and a File Manager will open the directory where it is installed. In Sublime Text 3, you’ll notice that Package Control has been installed. If you enter ‘install’ in the Command Palette input box, the dialog box should prompt you to ‘Install Package Control.’ By pressing Enter, you can select this option. Command Palette can be accessed by clicking Ctrl Shift P (Windows) or Cmd Shift P (OS X).
